The concept of this new keyboard is very simple. The regular keys work as you expect until you click the "emoji" modifier, which will then make a key press generate the appropriate icon.
You also have to option to change the skin tone of some of the emojis.
The keyboard requires you to install a software in order for it to work.
The number of emojis you will have quick access to will vary on what model you purchase.

The keyboard supports Mac, Windows, and iOS via Bluetooth.
EmojiWorks' keyboard is up for pre-order and are said to ship no sooner than December 1st. The date could change depending on manufacturing.
